Strawberry Pickin'

We really look forward to going out and picking strawberries each spring. This year we went on Good Friday. It was crazy packed. Good thing the pickins were good. We ended up with about 12 pounds of strawberries, 1 apple pie, 4 mini pies and some pickled okra. Emily was a big help this year!

Veggies at ChikFila

We went for family night at ChikFila last week. Emily had no idea that Bob & Larry would be making a special appearance. She was really excited.

Busy Saturday

We had a crazy and busy Saturday this past weekend. We went to a zoo brunch, birthday party, Rice blue and grey football game (Emily's 4th) and then to a birthday bbq at the park. We actually had a really good time with very few meltdowns. It was some great quality family time.

Half Year Checkup

Freddie had her 6 month checkup today. She did really well. Dr. F was proud of her smiles, teeth and head pickup. Freddie's MRI is on Friday. Hope you will keep us in your prayers that all goes well and they find nothing.

3 Year Checkup

Emily had her 3 year appointment with the doctor. She did great. Dr. F was happy she could jump, peddle her tricycle and talk her ear off! We are proud of our little three year old.

Bayou Bend

We went to the family day out at Bayou Bend this past weekend. Emily loved the make believe animals and the real petting zoo animals. The flowers all around were gorgeous. It was a great time. Freddie wasn't in a great mood, so we don't have many pictures of her:(

Birthday Party Craziness

Emily's 3rd birthday party was at our local park. She loved every minute of it. We had a bounce house, face painting, swings, cake, pinata and lots of friends! We were so happy everyone could make it out for the fun.
