Turkey Day 2010

We went up to Plano for Thanksgiving. We had a really awesome time. Emily played with her cousins from the moment we got there until the moment we left. She absolutely loved it. There was even time to do turkey crafts before the big feast. Freddie was spoiled by all of the family. She really loved hanging out with Granddaddy and cuddling with Uncle James. It was a lot of fun to just all be together. Thanks to our hosts for the good times.

Wishes

Emily and I went to the Disney on Ice show the other week. We had a girls night out. First we got manis and pedis. Then we headed next door to McDonalds. We capped off the night with some awesome princesses skating around on the ice. We had a wonderful and special time.

Blowing Kisses

Freddie has learned to blow kisses. We try to practice as much as we can because we love it. Of course, somebody else has to show us she can do it too.

Dolly

Freddie LOVES her Dolly. The dolly was actually Emily's, but she found it. She has to sleep with Dolly. When she sees Dolly, she immediately puts her thumb in her mouth. It is an automatic reaction. We think it is the cutest thing ever.

Our Choir Girl

Emily did an AWESOME job of singing in the Cherub choir this past Sunday. We were so proud of her. She sang the whole song and tried to do some of the motions under her robe. We told her she would get a cupcake if she sang. She enjoyed her Crave cupcake later that afternoon. Our little girl is growing up and it is so fun to watch. We also were exciting to baptize Baby Luke during the service. He's growing really fast as well!

Little Gymnast

Steven was able to check out Emily's gymnastics class the other day. Later on that evening Emily told me all about what Coach Steve (not Daddy) teaches her. Here are a few of those tricks.

Vamanos!

We had a really great time trick or treating on Halloween. The girls were so sweet. Emily could not have been more excited to get so much candy. She was quite the popular Dora. People even stopped her for a picture. Once they realized who she was with the wig, they ooh'd and aww'd over Freddie in her Swiper costume. They were a hit! Emily made sure to say "Trick or Treat" and "Thank you" at every door. We were realizing our little girls are growing up so fast. We are looking forward to many more nights of trick or treating with them.

Pre Halloween Fun

We had a good day before Halloween celebration. We checked out Zoo Boo in the morning. Then in the evening we had people come over to participate in the WAMG pre-Halloween parade. It was a great time with great friends.
